Body care: After bathing or showering, apply the CBD Therapy Oil to slightly moist skin and massage in with gentle movements.

For the face: Apply a small amount of the CBD Therapy Oil to cleansed, moist skin on the face; to provide increased moisture and elasticity.

For stressed hair: Leave a few drops overnight on the tips of your hair and gently massage into the scalp, before rinsing with a natural shampoo. This will provide dry hair with much-needed natural moisture.
